Learn the basics of white water kayaking while soaking in some of Wales' most stunning scenery with this wild experience in Denbighshire. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the River Dee boasts some of the country's most inspiring sights, as well as rapids that are perfect for putting kayaking skills to the ultimate test. Start with a safety briefing before being kitted out and taking the minibus to the river. Begin in calmer waters to master paddling and boat control under the guidance of an expert instructor, before taking on your first rapid. Once confident, set off on a three kilometre kayaking adventure on the river with the guide, and take on some of the most exciting stretches of white water that Wales has to offer.
