When the sea is calm and weather's mild, there's no better alternative to surfing than stand up paddleboarding. Learn the basics of this increasingly popular watersport from Bournemouth beach and experience a buzz that's likely to have you hooked from the word go. Start on dry land with a group briefing and once kitted out in a wetsuit, wade into the sea and start paddleboarding. Under the guidance of an ISA qualified paddleboarding instructor, learn how to balance, paddle and steer yourself through the open water - after a short time, you'll be gliding across the sea like a pro! This two hour paddleboarding lesson provides a great introduction to the sport and is the perfect experience for any aquatic adventurer.
Seven days a week throughout the year (closed on Mondays during winter).
