If you've always wanted to scuba dive but have been unsure about jumping straight into the ocean, why not try this scuba diving experience for two based in London. You'll both be given expert instruction on the basic techniques and how to use your specialist scuba diving equipment in a fun and safe environment. This two person experience is the perfect introduction to the sport as the expert takes you through the mobility techniques under controlled conditions. Before you set out on open water adventure, consider taking this beginners course and learn all the essentials to build your confidence and see if you get the scuba diving bug.

Availability

Monday to Thursday evenings.

Numbers On Day

There is a maximum pupil to tutor ratio of 4:1.

Spectators

As there is no viewing gallery this experience is not suitable for spectators.

Dress Code

Bring a swimming costume, a towel and a T-shirt each to wear in the water to cushion you from the scuba apparatus, which can sometimes rub against the skin. All other equipment will be provided, including your tanks, masks and scuba gear.

Guidelines

The school is easily accessible from the North Circular Road A406 West, towards Ealing. At Gunnersbury continue on and turn left onto Power Road. The school is on the right hand side at the end of the road and there are limited car parking spaces. By tube, the nearest station is Gunnersbury on the District line towards Richmond. From the station cross the road and Power Road is the second on the right.

Restrictions

Min age 10. Under 18's need parental consent. You must be in good health and comfortable in water. If you suffer from asthma, diabetes, claustrophobia or any respiratory/heart or other medical conditions you'll need written medical approval in advance.

Other Info

All participants are required to sign a medical declaration and disclaimer before taking part. No previous experience is necessary, beginners are welcome.
